We are installing a Cape Horn self steering mechanism. Here Captain America donates his shield which is exactly the same dimensions as the Cape Horn quadrant. We need to make sure it will all fit.

I was searching for a location for all the bilge and fresh water pumps. I wanted somewhere central and above floor level so they would never get drowned if some water gets in the bilge. Under the stove turned out to be the ideal spot.

Trying to decide on the toilet. I really like the Lavac suction toilets, but a holding tank is essential and I doubt they will macerate everything sufficiently so as not to cause blockages in the piping, something I want to avoid at all costs. I guess we will have to go with the electric one …
